Business Development Manager : Vinyl Flooring
THE CLIENT: Having been at the forefront of vinyl floor manufacturing for over 50 years, our client are currently monopolizing from a restructure to enable significant growth over the coming years. Forming part of an international group, this specialist division generate the majority of the company turnover. Our client are able to offer pioneering training and development, a very comprehensive and competitive package and a career plan to neutralize the most ambitious of individuals.
THE ROLE: Selling to a limited number of ?premier? flooring contractors and specialist distributors your objectives will be to maximize growth per account and ensure gross margin targets are being achieved. Project values can vary from £50,000 up to £250,000. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years sales experience from a structured, corporate environment. Knowledge of the construction industry is not essential, but the ability to demonstrate clear achievements in your particular field will be a pre-requisite.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £28-32,000
Commission*Bonus: £5,300
